ABOUT
THE FOUNDER
I am Salvatory Benet Mcharo, a secondary school teacher in Tanzania since 2011. I was orphaned as a child and grew up in a rough environment. I was touched by God to aid the children in need, founding “Tanzania Child Focus Foundation”. I wanted to work with others in caring for Children who experienced a similar childhood as myself. I sold my family plot, which was worth 9,000,000TZS ($3,342USD). I used 6,000,000TZS ($2,228USD) for rent and 3,000,000TZS ($1,114USD) for renovations.
